Emperor Ethen I

If I am the emperor Ethen I, my Empire will be eight times bigger than Alexander's empire, and four times bigger than Genghis Khan's empire. I have some policies to make my empire better. First, I will make a bureacucracy and train strong armies. Second, I will make some tests to pick men that are full of wit tp give me some suggestions. Then I will make a common language and coins to help people trade easier. Making rules is important to the maintainance of peace. I will improve agriculture to help my people produce and pay tax according their ability. These ways can make my empire grow up in no time and my people will have comfortable lives.
