emperor of Ethen I

If I am the the emperor of Ethen I. My Empire will be eight bigger than Alexandrer's empire, and four bigger than Genghis Khan's empire. I have some policies to make my empire better. First, I will make the Bureacucracy and train strong armies. Second, I will make some test to pick the men that full of wit to give me some suggestion. Then, I will make common language and coins to help people can trade easier. Making the roles is important to maintenance of peace. I will invent agricuture to help my people produce and according their ability to pay tax. These ways can make my empire grew up in no time and my people can have comfortable life.
